MBA 4 Kid$
www.mba4kids.ca

MBA4KID$ was created to promote business & entrepreneurship and encourage everyone to become a student and take control of their financial destiny. The term ‘MBA’ stands for money, business, and accounting. Our name may suggest that this site is for kids, however our site is for anyone who wants to take control of their financial destiny by improving their financial literacy. We hope that by using this site to improve your financial literacy that 'MBA' stands for 'More Bucks Annually' in your life. The reason we use the term ‘kid$’ is because the way to riches is to learn and take action like kids. Kids have no fear and their minds are full of possibility. When we grow older we accumulate negative energy that prevents us from dreaming and taking action. Whether you are student in school or a parent with 3 kids this site is for you. Be an MBAKID and start learning without limits.

North Shore Adults At Risk
new website coming soon
The North Shore Adults at Risk Support Network grew out of a 1997 series of public discussions on the North Shore held in anticipation of the new Adult Guardianship Legislation and focussed on the question of how to respond effectively to issues of adult abuse, neglect and self-neglect. In 1998 the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee of BC (www.trustee.bc.ca) funded a part-time coordinator and as a direct consequence of lobbying by the Network, the public health authority created a full time position. Today the North Shore Network is one of the leading community response networks in British Columbia. It is comprised of more than 25 individuals and organisations including representatives from the designated agencies legally responsible for acting on cases of adult abuse, neglect and self-neglect as well as community service providers and interested community members.
